Kambrya College has received $3 million from the Andrews Labor Government’s state budget to realise their dream of a new multipurpose facility.

This outstanding local school is experiencing significant growth and is in desperate need of new facilities to meet the needs of their school community.

State Member for Narre Warren South Judith Couacaud Graley has been working closely with the school to ensure their students’ needs are met and has been advocating on their behalf for this much needed facility.

Ms Graley has raised the matter in Parliament, written to the Minister and organised for the Minister to visit the school last year to meet with their leadership team and see firsthand the issues facing the growing school.

The new two storey facility will replace existing portable classrooms at the rear of the school and incorporate new classrooms and a multipurpose room on the second storey. The facility will also be available for community use.
