The Hampton Park tennis, football and netball clubs are all set to receive life-saving defibrillators from the Andrews Labor Government.

State Member for Narre Warren South Judith Couacaud Graley visited the clubs to share the great news with members.

When cardiac arrest strikes, there’s not a second to spare and early intervention greatly increases the likelihood of survival during cardiac arrest.

Having a defibrillator means players, parents and spectators can step in and take action until paramedics arrive.

Defibrillators at local sports clubs keep players safe and spectators protected, but they’re also a vital tool for the community. Each device will be registered with Ambulance Victoria’s database, giving triple zero operators a handy guide of where to find one when an emergency strikes nearby.
