Join the campaign to upgrade Thompsons Road

State Labor Memberfor Narre Warren South Judith Graley launched her campaign to have Thompsons Road upgraded on the weekend.

Ms Graley was joined by hundreds of local residents keen to show their support by signing the petition at her mobile offices in Cranbourne North.

“I am regularly contacted by local residents fed up with the constant delays and ever worsening congestion on Thompsons Road, particularly between South Gippsland Highway and Western Port Highway,”

“That’s why I have organised a petition calling on the Napthine Liberal National Government to fund an upgrade of Thompsons Road.”

Ms Graley said that Thompsons Road, a key arterial road last upgraded by Labor, will continue to come under significant pressure from our growing community unless action is taken now.

“Traffic congestion and constant delays are forcing local residents to spend more time travelling and less time with their families,”

“We need the Napthine Liberal National Government to stop the excuses and make fixing our roads a priority.”

Ms Graley encouraged local residents to contact her office on 9704 6055 to sign the petition for an upgrade of Thompsons Road.
