ONLY LABOR WILL DELIVER AN ECO CUBBY AT BERWICK FIELDS
An Andrews Labor Government will provide $100,000 for Berwick Fields Primary School to build an ECO Cubby.
Ms Graley joined with Principal Stephen Wigney and students to share the good news
earlier this week.
The ECO Cubby, designed in part by students emphasises many aspects of sustainable building design and will provide an innovative and exciting centrepiece for learning
about the environment.
Ms Graley said the commitment would enable Berwick Fields Primary School to continue their fine work in teaching our young people about sustainability and the environment.
“Berwick Fields Primary School has shown outstanding commitment to teaching not only our children but the wider community about the importance of caring for our environment,”
“The ECO Cubby, much like the Stephanie Alexander Garden will provide students with hands-on learning and new experiences each and every day,”
“This is fantastic news for Berwick Fields Primary School and I cannot wait to see
what teachers and students alike get up to in their ECO Cubby.”
