State Labor Member for Narre Warren South joined with the Hampton Park Bowls Club for their annual Pink Breakfast last week.

The Hampton Park Bowls Club hosted a Pink breakfast to raise vital funds to support Breast Cancer Network Australia.  

“During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I am lucky enough to be involved in a range of wonderful events in our local community that provide immeasurable support to those affected by breast cancer,”

“Once again the outstanding women of the Hampton Park Bowl Club have put on an enjoyable event and raised much needed funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia,”

“It was a touching to read through all the beautiful message left on the many Pink Ladies we planted,”

“Congratulations to Gwen Clough, Ellen Smith, Margaret Baker, June Damon and the delightful team of Pink ladies for all their efforts.”

Gwen Clough, convenor of the Hampton Park Bowls Club’s Pink Breakfast, said she was thrilled by the continuing success of their event,”

“Without fail we receive such generous support from the local community and this year we have reached our best result yet, raising $1400,”

“I am humbled by their generosity and I am so pleased that we were able to do our bit to raise funds and provide worthwhile support for those affected by breast cancer.”
