POUND AND SHRIVES ROAD INTERSECTION UPGRADE CAMPAIGN CONTINUES

State Labor Member for Narre Warren South Judith Graley has tabled further petitions
in Parliament calling on the Napthine Government to provide funding for safety improvements at the intersection of Pound and Shrives Roads.

Ms Graley said that the notoriously congested and dangerous intersection was long
overdue for an upgrade.

“This intersection continues to be the site of regular accidents and ever worsening
congestion, yet the Napthine Government has failed to do a single thing about it,”

“Our long-running community campaign must continue and I urge local residents who
are sick and tired of finding themselves stuck in traffic at this intersection to
join my campaign.”

“If you would like to get involved please contact my office on 9704 6055 and sign
the petition.”
