State Member for Narre Warren South Judith Couacaud Graley presented 70 Victorian year nine students with program blazers ahead of the Young Leaders to China Program.

The six week program aims to enhance students’ fluency in Chinese and develop their understanding of the local culture as part of a broader goal of preparing students to live and work as citizens of the global community.

The young leaders will experience Chinese culture and will have the opportunity to engage with local students.

Ms Graley MP was joined by the students’ principals and Consul for Education Zhao Jiang from the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in congratulating the successful students.
